BlueCloth install from a Gem wakes up the McAfee Virus dragon on Windows

Description

I'm attempting to install BlueCloth as a Gem on a Windows system running McAfee? Virus scan. For both the native Windows and CygWin? Ruby environments, McAfee?'s on demand scan flags a file as containing a Trojan:

10/9/2005 4:03:05 PM Moved (Clean failed because the file isn't cleanable) xx\xxxxxxxx C:\ruby\lib\ruby\gems\1.8\gems\BlueCloth-1.0.0-\tests\15_Contrib.tests.rb JS/Exploit-CrossSite? 10/9/2005 4:48:04 PM Moved (Clean failed because the file isn't cleanable) xx\xxxxxxxx C:\cygwin\lib\ruby\gems\1.8\gems\BlueCloth-1.0.0\tests\15_Contrib.tests.rb JS/Exploit-CrossSite?

I'm not sure how to fix this, as it's not really a problem with BlueCloth itself. Apparently McAfee? considers any file with xx\xxxxxxxx in it to be a cross-site scripting attack?
